DOA policy
If for some reason any of your coral is DOA (dead on arrival), you will need to send several pictures within 2 hours of delivery. Be sure to include pictures of packaging as well. In the event of a DOA we will issue a store credit. We do not issue replacements or refunds. Shipping costs are non refundable. We are not responsible for FedEx or UPS delays in any way but will do our best help out in any way possible under these circumstances.
